I am pretty impressed with this backpack as it is so roomy and has a ton of room for all of my stuff. It works as a great weekend pack for me as it can hold everything I need from my laptop to cloths. There are tons of pockets that I am not sure I can even fill up with all my stuff!! The separate laptop area makes it nice to carry my computer in so that I know it is safe and will not get scratched or damaged by other things in the bag. The compartment in front of the computer is great for clothes, books, notepads and other needs. With a handy organizer pocket with pouches for pens, USB drives, keys and other smaller items I am not constantly digging into the bottom of the bag to find a pen or my flash drive which gives me much needed organization. There are pockets for just about anything you need to carry as well as smaller pockets in the front for cell phone, keys and such. They do include a cutout so you can run your corded headset through again adding to keeping the bag neatly organized. I like the padded shoulder straps and back as it gives good airflow so I do not get overheated and it does not seem too heavy to carry when I have it on my back. All the materials used to make this bag are extra durable and water resistant so I don’t have to worry about pop up rain storms. The dual zippers are large enough that you could thread a padlock through them to keep your things secure during travel. I really like this bag and am pleased with all the room and design it has.

I purchased this bag after a the plastic on a strap of the bag I had been using for 12 years broke and could not easily be fixed. I purchased this bag in July of 2017, while I was on maternity leave. As of this writing, it is April 2018. I returned to work 2 days a week in September of 2017, so this bag was being used to bring my laptop to and from work on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In January, I started working 3 days per week, so this bag was used Tues/Wed/Thurs. I have taken 4 trips during this time frame where my bag was also carried onto an airplane and stored under the seat. I noticed the strap seemed to be coming away from the bag in December, but thought maybe it had always been that way and I had not noticed. However slowly the strap is becoming more and more detached and I noticed the lining of the one side pockets, which I never used, has torn away from the bag. I used this bag for it's intended purpose, and I never overfilled it. I would store my laptop, notebooks, pens, wallet etc. and the occasional water bottle. I love all of the various compartments this bag has, but after only having it for 8 months, I have found the need to replace it. It was not a very expensive bag, but I expected it to last longer than 8 months! With the occasional air travel I will do, I did not want o run the risk of this bag falling apart when I was away from home.

I really like the design of this backpack. There are three big compartments of this bag where I can put my laptop to the furthest compartment. I can put my iPad in the second compartment. The last compartment has one slot for me to put my laptop and chargers. In the second compartment, there are two slots where I can put another device and my books. In the first compartment, I have pencils, make up bag, and glasses. This bag just has so many zippers and slots for me to put my things and it makes it easy for me to find them. The side of the bag has a spot where I can put my blender bottle. In addition, I like how I put a lot of stuff in this bag, and it does not feel heavy. The cushions attached to the straps and the back of the bag really gives me comfort on my shoulders and back. However, one thing I do not like about this bag is that it cuts into my neck. I adjusted the straps where it does not cut into my neck anymore but it is uncomfortable because it is below my hip. I have to say that the straps are way too wide. I actually have to wear a scarf in order to use the bag.

This bag is great for organization with lots of pockets, but it fell apart quickly. My son is using it for high school. Within a couple of weeks, the handle came off and now the stitching is coming apart in other places. This is not what I expected for the price... I'm very disappointed.UPDATE: After my complaint to the manufacturer, I was pleased with the company's customer service. They offered replacement or full refund of the bag. We requested the refund and received it without further issue.

I feel like the more I use it, the more compartments I find. There are so many little touches that make this the best backpack I've used, it's hard to describe. It easily handles a laptop, iPad, and a bunch of folders and books. Add power cables, an umbrella, a beverage, pens, cards, keys, phone, and whatever you want to put in a zipper pouch. Oh, and then there's the other velcro pouch inside one of the partitions. This is well made backpack with rugged, quality materials. The value and the price point of this backpack is very good.

Wanted to love.Pros- good looking bag. Lots of storage space.Cons- awful chemical off-gassing! Stays on your clothes and hands. Surprised this has not been mentioned. Product came damaged. It seems that the seams could shred easily. The inside pocket dividers are made of a cheap plastic that also seem they would easily rip.

I purchased this to replace an Outdoor Products backback that I have had for years. I travel all over the globe and need something with lots of pockets to organize my travel gear, electronics, passport, travel documentation and office papers. This backback hit the mark for me. I did get a tear in the top of the backback within about two week of use and contacted the manufacturer. They promptly sent me a replacement that has been working just fine for me. I would recommend this backback.
