Organix Fight Fallout Plus, Niacin & Caffeine, Duo Set Shampoo & Conditioner, 13 Oz Each

This is the first time I've ever used OGX before, and I was curious to try this. My hair is fine and thin; I also play around with my color a bit too (no bleaching). I do shed quite a bit as my ends get dry, especially in the winter, but my roots are oily, so lucky me, I have combo hair. I've only used this twice and my shedding has decreased by a good 90% already. I'm hard to impress, but this stuff is great! My only complaint is that the conditioner is a bit "thin" and it doesn't seem to help with frizzies. However, I just use a light leave-in (John Frieda Leave-In) and that seems to take care of it. I will say that it's color safe; no stripping noted. The smell is zingy and refreshing, and it's most noticeable in the shower, but it's pretty much gone after you dry your hair. My roots aren't nearly as greasy the next day either. My hair feels soft and bouncy after using it, and the conditioner does a pretty good job at detangling even though it's kinda thin. Overall, a great product if your hair is fine and you shed a lot. I wish this was available in stores, but at least I can reorder it on here.

I have many medical issues that cause my hair to fall out. This has been the only shampoo and conditioner that has helped with fallout and new regrowth of hair. It has made my hair stronger and fuller too. When I found out they were discontinuing the item in all stores earlier this year. I hit up all of the stores that sold this item of shampoo and conditioner. Where I only found a few months supply. Which made me sad. I contacted manufacturer directly and let them know that I loved it and it works. I commented they should keep this item on shelves. They apologized but could no longer sell it at retail stores. But, was blessed to find some extra money in my budget and ordered from amazon. I don't know what I will do, when there is no longer a way to get this product. I LOVE IT!!

I was worried this would dry my hair out based on previous reviews but it hasn’t so far and I’ve used it four times already. It actually makes my hair very shiny and adds a lot of volume. It’s very stimulating to the scalp. Very reasonably priced yet the quality is still there. I can’t speak as to whether it will work in growing my hair or preventing loss because I’m doing so many other treatments right now it would be hard to say what helps. To be fair the bottle only claims to help prevent loss so I’m not expecting a miracle cure. In summery it’s a good product for a good price to use to as part of a hair loss regimen.

I was very hopeful that this shampoo/conditioner would help with my hair loss but it hasn’t, if anything, it’s worse. I’m not saying the product made my hair loss worse, but it certainly didn’t help. Way too expensive for a useless product. The reason this company can’t sell this in the stores anymore is because they are making claims they can’t back up with any clinical proof. The only decent thing about this shampoo is that it smells ok. Very disappointed.

I started using these products about a year ago to combat some patchy hair fallout after a medical treatment. I really think they have helped quite a bit. My hair has grown back and the fallout I was noticing, especially in the shower, decreased significantly within a couple of weeks. I have continued using the shampoo/conditioner even though treatments stopped almost a year ago. I have a lot of hair, but it’s fine hair and the wrong products will weigh it down and make it difficult to get any volume. These products are not heavy and work well on my fine hair. I’m really pleased with the results.

So I have thin and sometimes oily hair. It's not excessively oily just a little bit. I tried this shampoo and conditioner more than once and everytime it left my hair disgusting. It was so stringy and oily and I couldn't even wear it down. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone with thin oil hair, it will only make it worse. Works fine on my fiance's hair though which is thick and curly.

Too early to note if it is effective but I will say that during the shampooing the tingly sensation is refreshing HOWEVER after the wash my hair feels very heavy with overkill of chemicals.

I bought the shampoo and conditioner because I read some really good reviews , so I figured I’d try it. So far it has been about two weeks and I have more fall out then I did before using it. Maybe it takes a few weeks to get used to, but if it continues to fall out in another week I will stop using it. So far it has not worked for me.. we shall see what happens in the next few weeks.
