This products has saved me a lot of money bought a second-hand car a week before or I bought the product engine management lights kept coming on so used the thediagnostic tool and it found a fault with the EGR I took the findings to the car dealer and they replaced under warranty so already paid for itself happy days

This is Android based diagnostic tool which can be upgraded over WiFi. The software that it came with is outdated so it needed a new software download and the new car 'modules' download. After upgrading the software (and resetting the tool at least two times and re-downloading the car modules), I managed to connect it to Audi A3 but it couldn't perform full system scan and it could not retrieve fault codes.The software language was set to English but some dialog screens were in Chinese. Overall, the software just does not work very well. Nice idea in principle but one of these "jack of all trades, master of none".I am returning to Amazon, they should stop selling it (there are just too many products being sold that simply don't work as described) :)

used on my e82 BMW was very useful showing codes and what was causing the problem, also had a boost leak which was shown in the live data of the MAF sensor and the rail pressure, cheaper than diagnostics at a garage afew times over.

good to use but it doesnt tell you you need wifi to use

It’s a perfect scanner it does everything I needed be done

First off after peeling the protective film off the screen I thought it had another one on because there was bubbles on the screen but it’s under the screen when it’s made so not good, second off I was getting link error on most of the things I tried on my Audi A3 and even after I updated it so it’s gone back.

My partner who i brought this for thinks is brillilant

Brought this as an upgrade to my 20 quid chinese one. It takes forever to scan, doesnt just load straight up the issue with cars, it doesnt even pick up engine management lights that my cheaper one does. I brought this for the pdf function. Paid an extra 24 pound for the function that fails to work on every car i have tried ot on. Emails never answered. Tried to get a refund on the pdf function but was ignored. So it will sit in a draw. Total waste!
