Using this my son's practice blocks. REALLY sturdy blocks and settings. Of course this thing gets thrown around a lot. It's held up well and has long enough spikes on the bottom to grab the track every time.

Great for training my son how to sprint and seems to be decent quality for price!

My only complaint is that the blocks are a little short. It needs to be about a foot longer. My kids are 5’5” and 6’1”. It might work better for younger or shorter athletes. Other than that, the durability, the foot pads, and the spikes that secure the blocks to the track are all made well. The blocks as a whole are worth the buy.

these are actually legit i ran varsity for my whole high school career and these are just as good if not bettergood grip for spikes good weight and good size

When opened the box the item was already broken. It appeared to be used-one. Very disappointed. Was looking forward to practicing with it, but I returned right away. Wasted my time and heart broken.

Got a pair of these 2 years ago for my middle school program when the high school next door stopped letting us borrow their blocks for practice/meets. Now my former runners want to use these instead of the high schools blocks.
