This is easy to use. The only downside is that once you are done with half of the ice pill, the bottom part does not squeeze up. I had to ask it in hot water to melt the bottom part that wouldn’t come up.

I like how easy this is to use. I use it in the morning after I wash my face. If I notice the ice roller is super frozen, I just run hot/warm water over the roller and it's easier to open. I don't mind doing this, but everyone is different.

I’d almost rather use an ice cube in a washcloth because with this, I need to use some sort of absorbent cloth anyway. I got rambunctious and used a well-steeped green tea, which stained my face towels. Temperature- wise it’s still pretty cold and uncomfortable to hold. Also the shape of the ice could stand to be conducive to the contours of a face although technically it could be used on any part of the body. A product like this is a nice start but needs a few more versions in design before it functions well, starting with a way to catch drips. There’s so much ice melting during use that it gets messy anyway.

I use this every morning to reduce puffiness and wake myself up a bit. For everyone saying it leaks, stand it straight up and don’t lay it down. I position mine between two things in the freezer so it doesn’t fall over. It’s not that hard to figure out how to fill, either, for those saying it needs to come with instructions lol. The water goes in the hole at the top, not sure how someone would assume anything otherwise. It’s easy to open as well, just run the middle under hot water for like 30 seconds and wiggle it open. Anyways, great product, easy to use, reduces my puffiness every morning.

Great idea but when it’s frozen, it is very hard to pull off the “lid.” I broke the ice many times. Still very nice and depuffing!

I’ve seen this all over the internet and wanted to try. It’s so easy to use, just make sure it’s closed correctly when you add the water because my first try had water all over my freezer lol. I got it right the second time and I love using it on my face. In the morning my eyes are so puffy so this helps A LOT!

Overall its a good product. Only con would be that the top sometimes doesnt close all the way after being frozen.

It is a waste of money. The two parts do not really close snugly enough not to let the water seep out of it. Water comes totally out of the upper part even when put in standing position. So when you open it after ice has formed there is no ice protruding as there was no holding of water in upper part. It is of no use, I have thrown it away, my money is wasted.

Ice is not forming as it leaks severly. Also this item is non returnable..my money wasted.pls dont buy this product..
