Good Product and quality and length as mentioned
I was confused between many cannula options but then went ahead for OTICA Nasal Cannula. It's a good product and quality of plastic is also good. I purchased this for my father who is using oxygen concentrator and needs to walk and with this 25 feet cable he can walk in our house without need to move the machine which has helped him ensure his movements are not restritced.

It's not OTICA Product but Made in China product imported and marketed by Sanjana Enterprises. OTICA is seller. OTICA is not brand, wrong information on Amazon. Product is good.Overall product is good, soft, quality is good,size is good enough and value for money.

Not good for patients, smells plastic.
Not what is advertised, item received smells plastic and is of different colours and quality. not otica product, no brand packaging with details. Please don't buy as it smells plastic not at all good for COPD patients. I am returning this as this is not what was being promised.

Amazon is non sympathetic
Amazon is non sympathetic to 81 year old. Though policy is fine but discretion is not being used even by seniors. Unfortunately this not the way big companies work. Humanitarian approach is missing. I am a prime member too.where is special status
