Between myself and my boyfriend, we've bought cases in the OtterBox Defender series multiple times for our phones over the years, and they haven't let us down yet. Both his iPhone and my Android have survived multiple drops in these cases. This latest one on his iPhone is no exception. He's had it a couple months now and still excellent condition, for both the case and the phone. I'm on my second Defender case for my current phone. The first one lasted 3-4 years before the silicone outer layer started to thin/separate from the hard layer. Even then, it was still protecting my phone from drops, and the hard layer never lost its integrity. I replaced it with the exact same model last year, and it's still going strong, in excellent condition. These OtterBox cases are 100% worth the price!
