Hooked this up with a ups supply and a shunt trip main breaker on our main electrical panel at home to provide undervoltage and overvoltage protection for the entire electrical installation and in turn all our appliances. I am very satisfied with its performance and didn't know we experience so many brown outs yearly. Totally love the feature where it stores up to 5 faults in memory so I can check the history of faults that occurred when I wasn't at home. This will save you spending cash on lots of individual plug in voltage protectors. I highly recommend this product and will like to suggest moving the terminals to the rear of the unit to be able to cut a window for example on an electrical panel cover to control the unit from outside the cover and mount & wire the unit on the inside of the cover.

Purchased to upgrade an older generac transfer switch. This unit has worked perfect for over a year and was easy to install. The transfer to generator voltage can now be adjusted to suit. The factory transfer switch voltage was too low to protect all devices in home. Now the transfer switch protects against minor brown outs.

This piece of crap died while I was away from home for two weeks. I had it protecting my refrigerator. I lost a lot of good food and made a horrible mess to clean when I got home. I emailed this company explaining this to them. They never responded. This thing is so expensive now too. Don't buy this product. There are much cheaper versions of this that will probably never fail.

Great product and works just as advertised. My only comment is that the manufacturer should consider a model with connections in the rear so that the display may be mounted behind a window for visibility and to hide the wires. I built a little metal/plastic box for mine.

Works great for a generator transfer switch to limit over/ under voltage to your customers appliances. Super easy to set up and works great so far! It also offers load shedding

We use these in our resort in Belize and let me tell you they save our AC units all the time. We take power surges and they keep our AC units from burn out. I buy them in bulk as it’s cheaper for one of these then a $5k AC.

Product works as intended and it’s easy to program and to use. That’s a plus. However, as some other reviewers commented, the voltage readings consistently display at least 7 volts lower than they should and this constantly trips power, so you need to program these inconsistencies into the settings. Purchased two of these - the first one lasted 8 months before it started faulting and provided abstract and odd volt readings killing power to the units it was to protect. We will see how the new one works. All in all, with these nuances, the monitors do work but a person needs to know the inaccuracies and how to work around them in their shorter life span (at least from experiences with the first controller).
