Alpine Refurbished INE-W960HDMI Audio/Video/Nav System with Sirius XM SXV300 Tuner

I purchased Alpine INE-W960HDMI from Crutchfield via Amazon.com. Customer Service was refined and generous as expected. I know of no other online reseller that offers so much customer service and support. Cruthfield's top notch reputation has been that way since when I was a teenager and is even better today in my 50's. Crutchfield even threw in free installation kits, wire harnesses, & tools to accomplish a clean install of their audio/video equipment in my car. Thanks Crutchfield

Radio has good sound. If you wish to bypass your parking brake you must purchase a by-pass switch (no way to wire around like some other manufacturer's). Only things I don't care for on the unit itself is the fact you have to change the header screen to go from am/fm to xm and I have yet to find a way to get live traffic info on the units navigation screen

I love the sound and I love the hands free. I hate the interface, if i want to go from FM to SXM I have to slide a menu bar over and then hit the SXM button. Why isnt there just a screen that has buttons like my phone for apps and such? has great sound though. I installed in a 2013 Silverado

Great radio has all the bells and whistles love it

I liked that it had 4v outputs and the graphic EQ is great.

I purchased this item on 6-24-2019, and just recently (2-10-2020) opened and unboxed it to complete the build on the Harley Davidson. After wiring it up, discovered that the settings icon touchscreen is not functioning at all therefore cannot make any necessary adjustments to the unit. Should not matter when purchased 7 months ago it’s not working properly. My company Elite Custom Bikes and Detail LLC. Will not be purchasing any other items from seller. I paid good money for this unit, customer for me to be unable to exchange it out.

Does not display video from telephone on Screen when Smartphone plugged into USB cord. Walmart has 200.00 system that does. This was main reason I purchased product ☹

Replaced my stock Tacoma stereo with this and so far it is 100% better than before. The GPS is accurate and offers easy updates and the stereo and bluetooth functionality is great. Recommend this to anyone who is looking to upgrade to Alpine quality.
