If you're sick of the cheap, plastic checkbook covers you get free from the back then this is the nicest you will find. Very nice quality leather. Beautiful colors and and the carved design was impressive. Best of all it was made in the USA instead of some Amazon alphabet soup brand. It was a little stiffer leather than I anticipated but I'm fine with that. It will soften up with time and use. Great product.

This is not only beautiful but the craftsmanship is amazing. The leather was a little stiff but I rubbed it with some saddle soap and love it!

Sturdy and nice looking

This is an excellent high quality product and a bargain at the price. The feel reminds me of fine saddle leather just before it's broken in. The design is beautifully crafted. I highly recommend it.

I bought this Celtic Oak checkbook cover, as well a the sunflower design. I reviewed the sunflower design separately, but they are both beautiful, unusual and sturdy. I love both and will use them alternately. Very nice packaging, and each arrived with suggestions on care and a little charm. Not sure what I'll do with the charms, but it was a lovely touch.

Functional art made with real leather. It’s beautiful and flawlessly crafted. I know checks are almost a dead type of currency, but you should always have at least one book and this cover along with it.
