This is a world-class, 5-star restaurant level product! It is spicier than many similar products. But it is also richer in every other flavor aspect as well. On great multi-grain toast with turkey, spinach, and feta -- you will have died and gone to heaven, well, at least the Mediterranean. An excellent side sauce for fish or chicken. The canape potential is limitless. Just stuffing celery with a mixture of this with cream cheese is divine. BUY!

This tasty harissa sauce can be used in so many dishes. It has a mild spiciness and is not an overwhelming for people who generally avoid spicy foods.

Love this stuff on my air-fryer asparagus recipe. Give it a try:10 regular thickness asparagus stalks/tips1 TBSP Avocado Oil1 TBSP Honey1 Tsp Mina Harissa Mild Moroccan Red Pepper Sauce2 Tsp finely chopped garlicsalt, gound pepper, lemon pepper--all to tasteMix the oil, honey, pepper sauce and spices in a small bowl. Get a quart size freezer bag, and trim the stalks so that they are just small enough to lay flat inside the freezer bag, (starting with the tips down, cutting off the thicker portions). Wash and rinse the tips and dry carefully but well. Place the asparagus flat in the bottom of the freezer bag, and pour the marinade into the bag over the asparagus. Work the sauce around a bit. Let sit as long as you want, then place the stalks and sauce into a small ceramic baking dish wide enough so that the stalks can lay flat but are still close together. Air fry at 400 for apx 12-13 minutes turning a few times to caramelize things evenly. Up to the chef as to how charred you like your asparagus, but enjoy!

We live the taste of this sauce and use it in/on many things, everything from eggs to soups. It’s a little spicy. It may be a bit pricey but I ha ent found it anywhere else for better price.Jars were well sealed and I’ve had no issues with leakage.

The very first harissa paste that I tried was so spicy hot that I couldn't taste anything - all I got out of it was tears in my eyes and my entire mouth was on fire. When I tried this mild harissa, I was totally surprised. Instead of pain, I could actually taste the ingredients - the roasted red peppers, garlic, vinegar, and whatever else went into this. Plus, I could still taste the rest of the dish in which I had added this harissa. Wonderful!

This is great for a number of dishes but especially nice as a topper for hummus, dips, and on meats. Will be buying again.

I have few words that can describe how delicious the Mina Harissa tastes like. I could have it with every meal and still couldn't get enough of it. It's flavourful, perfectly mild spiced (I don't like too spicy foods) and the roasted peppers remind me of the taste of the traditional "zacusca" my mom and grandmother prepared every autumn back in my home country, Romania. I know it's supposed to be traditional Moroccan sauce, but it compliments any cuisine, especially Mediterranean dishes.This harissa literally goes on with anything: roasted veggies, baked veggies, grilled veggies, rice, couscous, pasta, eggs, any type of meat (chicken, lamb, pork, beef), fish... or simply dip bread in as a sauce.Furthermore, the brand managed to make all this deliciousness with clean ingredients, no need for added flavors and other fillers. The flavor is surprisingly complex given that the spices added are just garlic and salt.I usually buy this product from Whole Foods, but I'm glad I can get my harissa fix from Amazon Fresh as well.

I recently got a Panini maker and I have been trying to re-create this Panini that I get from a local restaurant. It's a Mediterranean Turkey Sandwich and I put a small smear of this with Mozzarella Cheese, smoked Turkey, tiny bits of basil and press it down. It is absolutely delicious. The flavor is like everything I wanted and more. It's really hard to describe but if you like roasted peppers, this mixture has mastered the art of it. You could add it to nearly everything. Very impressed with the flavor and the quality. Will be purchasing again
