So far, seems to work great. Swipe is working, and my screen is fixed. A few things to note:1.) It does not include the NFC ribbon as mentioned by others. If that is important to you, pull it off your old screen and put it on here. But also, it is not mentioned as included in the description nor shown in the pictures, so I'm not really marking off for this.2.) I cannot speak to the tools as I have my own, but quick look, I'd guess the star screwdriver is indeed the wrong size, so don't rely on that. You can pickup an electronics toolkit for under $10 that will have exactly what you need and SO much more (which if you do this once, I'd bet you end up doing it more for other things). The metal pick looks like it would work well, but again, I have my own I love that cost my $10 or $12 that works amazing.3.) It does not include the glue, so you will need to order this too. T-7000 glue is what you will want.4.) There are no instructions here, but there are great videos all over the internet that can walk you step by step. Honestly don't get too intimidated, this is easier that you expect. Hilariously, the hardest thing I had was reinserting the screws and plugging the ribbon back in, which are not exactly difficult things.That all said, I'll leave this at 5 stars. I wish we could give half stars because I'd deduct just a bit for the screwdrivers, but the glue is not mentioned and shouldn't be expected, and honestly the screen is the thing you should truly care about. I'll update if any issues arise using this one.

Installation was fine, aside from the sticky strips included to attach the screen to the fitbit. I got it to work. But now after roughly 10 weeks, the screen started lighting up all white, going buggy, and has now stopped working entirely.

Doesn’t come with the correct size torx wrenches. Includes a t2 and t5 but the screws require a t4.I edited this from a 2 to a 1-star. Absolute garbage that the fit doesn’t even come with the correct tools for the job. This is compounded by there being zero indication on the tools themselves which size is what. There are 3 tools that have an incredibly small toolhead and are indistinguishable from each other.This kit will only work if you have a set of your own tools. Stay away if you don’t.

My Fitbit versa 2 face fell off and I surely didn't want to spend money on a new one. I saw this and thought was worth a shot. I watched a few YouTube videos so I knew what I was doing, and I fixed it! I am not the most tech savvy person around, but it was an easy repair. I used B-7000 adhesive to secure the new face and I haven't had a problem since. Well worth the money!

Watch YouTube videos for techniques. Mine came with the correct torx screwdriver, but the other tools were never used. I wish a tube of adhesive was included. Instead, they provide glue strips that you have to trim to size, peel, and position. Very difficult. But, all in all, it worked, and my watch looks like new. Oh, they also provide a screen protector that doesn’t fit well, won’t adhere at the rounded screen edges, and chips easily.

buying the battery was a big saving. very easy to install just follow instructions. looking up a vido on how to install will help

Hard to install. Only worked briefly and had issues from the get go. Shortly after, the screen stopped working. Wouldn’t recommend, but may have been a lemon - would appreciate a replacement screen to see if that does the trick.

The screen replacement was great for what I purchased it for, but the tools in the package appeared used! One piece had something on it that looked like glue (at least I hope it was)
