I use this product as an alternative to caffeine or sugar to circumvent afternoon brain fog. I use coffee in the morning but alpha brain after lunchtime. Good Stuff

I take this every day. The price is overpriced in my opinion but for me it is worth it. This coupled with the caplets has changed my life and sent my brain into overdrive! I highly recommend it. i don't care for this particular flavor though.
