Great case but snug fit with tempered glass screen protector.
Purchased this case for my iPad mini 2 with retina. I have a tempered glass screen protector on it and this case was a snug fit. One of the corners did not fully click into place. Despite that it feels sturdy. It’s easy to grip and the kick stand is great. The rubber outer has a great feel to it and grips well to surfaces. It is a thick case and does add some weight to the iPad, but that added weight makes the iPad feel more sturdy. Great case all around.

Not an Otterbox but offers good basic protection
If you're someone who consistently drops his/her iPad, needs maximum protection or if you're looking for a case for a young child, you should keep looking. This is a $13 case, not a $70 Otterbox. It's probably not going to protect your iPad from a second story fall and given enough time, a young child will probably somehow break it. Having said that, I really like this case and I'm glad I bought it. It's a good fit on my iPad Mini 2 and offers good basic protection. It provides a good grip, adds a bit of bulk and is perfect for my needs. I've seen similar cases for $30+, and this one is just as good or better.

Super sturdy! Sleek. fits my mini Ipad perfectly! I havent gotten on the bandwagon of buying the big ipad so I was happy to update my case with this one. Feels like a new ipad :)
