The case feels a bit flimsy, but the sturdy bracket makes up for it. Comes with all the fixings and once on the wall seems really strong. These retractable lines aren't ever going to be as strong as a fixed line and you do get some brewers droop as you hang a load of washing out, but once the line goes tight in the little brackets underneath it then it's fine. This is my second one after the first one broke following 16 years of use living outside, and I bought another as I like the fact you can quickly and easily retract the line away leaving the lawn looking neat, as well as protecting the line from getting wet and growing green slime

I love this, it's so easy to set up, I've got four lines to hang up my washing on because the line is so long, I was able to have more washing out, which is fantastic.The weight is nice and light too. I may cover it during the winter time so it doesn't get damaged. Great value for money and the quality of it so far is brilliant.It does what it's supposed to and it's so neat. I just have to buy a rod to get them up in the air as I keep walking into the lines in between washes. But it's so handy and quick to be able to put the line away when cutting the grass or having guests over to the house.

The media could not be loaded. horrible quality, unfortunately I can't return it because I only tried to assemble it today. Wasted money and it's impossible to contact the seller. the line doesn't come back and it's unusable

Easy to install however slightly bulkier than expected. A bit of a faff to get just the right length when securing the lines.
