Good customer service
Controller stopped working within 10 days contacted PDP and a replacement was sent within 2 weeks. This one works perfectly so overall worth the money.

Good Controller
Never had a glowing controller before and it works well, buttons nice and responsive and no drift (yet) in sticks, good long cable, comfortable in the hands for long sessions.

The A button has completely stuck and the controller is completely unusable

You need to know...
The media could not be loaded. Well I got one of these for my son 11y and he loved the look of it. Yay! Next he said the h3adset he had was broken, oh poop. Bought 2 headsets ( both were broken WTH! ) tried on daughters controller they worked. Mmm must be controller get new one sent out, you know amazon, they on the ball. Arrived this am. Dude try'd the new controller. Nope mom not working ( now I'm about to rip my last few hairs out! ) 👀 a pamphlet on bed and there it is a magic piece of paper that shows in pictures exactly how the mic works... I'm more tec challenged than I thaught! A button a dam button had the family in a break down! My point....READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! Otherwise its a fab controller and well worth the £25 ish pounds it cost!

Very good value for money, comes as advertised and is really good for a wired controller.
I think out of all the cheap/affordable wired controllers I’ve used, this one takes the cake in terms of value for money and visuals. When I bought it, I expected it to break in a month or so but I’ve been rocking it for almost 3 months with no visible or audible damage. The rgb lighting is especially good for a controller this cheap, which surprised me. Not to mention that the wire that comes with it is very long, and doesn’t fall out or disconnect like EVER. All in all, if your ok with it being wired then this is a top pick.
