I have always been a fan of Swiss peelers due to their ergonomic design and superb ability to flawlessly cut through thick skinned vegetables. These however are, by far, the best quality of all of the previous ones I have owned. The handle is not a cheap metal, but a nice thick stainless steel. This is a very good product, it makes preparing meal so much easier, I have use it already on potatoes, cucumbers, apples and carrots, what I truly like about the product is that it peels the skin very thin off the vegetable. It peels only what is needed to be peeled off. I for one am so glad that I ordered this product. Thank you,

I have been using this type of peeler for years and have used several different ones. I must say this one s by far the BEST I have ever used. It's very sharp and is constructed well.

Love it. It is so easy to use and peal any vegi so quickly. I don't like the traditional peeler But this European style works much better and the frame of the handle is very durable.
