I bought 3 of this. First and second ones worked O.K. at first. After I tried to connect the third one it stopped working after several testing.I set first one Far for distance to give me alert. I set second one Near. When I moved away from all trackers, the first one with Far setting started to give me alert. The second one with Near setting didn't. The second one should have given me alert first.Sometimes, only trackers gave alert when I went far and my smart phone (Android) was quiet. It is useless if only a small child can hear an alert and a parent won't be able to know he is walking away from you.The product came from China and made in China. So, it is too expensive to send it back. The cheapest first class mail for package costs about $14. The total of 3 items was $21 with slow, free shipping. It does not worth returning the product to get back $7. I thought that is how they make money.All 3 trackers cannot be recognized by my smart phone now. I rebooted my cell 3 times. The tracker will be trash.

This tracker keep disconnecting itself after ten minutes I bought two and one started to disconnect itself 30 seconds soon after. Somehow, it does not allow itself connected remotely. So I have to find the tracker and have it manually connect to the phone. Then what is the point of having the tracker????

For the price product is okey.I was disappointed for two things:1> Order for white colored bell shaped but a square shape rectangular device was delivered.2> The geo fencing only works one way. When disconnected the phone beeps, but no audible alarm rang on device, so it's not possible to safeguard phone using device.

Seems like a great product, after you get it connected. It takes about 15 minutes to set up, and after that, it disconnects after you go to any other app. If you want to use your phone exclusively for finding your keys, get this! Otherwise, if you want to use it for anything else, just get one for just even ten more dollars.

I have to park my car with a valet for work so I always have to separate my car key from the rest of my keys and as a result im constantly losing the single key (which is the only key to my car and so this is extremely stressful) and so i was really excited to get this tracker as i thought my prayers had been answered... well I am giving this product 4 stars because I like it--- it can be a life saver and it works like it claims but it does have a few annoying little foibles that make so that I dont LOVe it.Its a little bit confusing to set up and as the instructions are pretty unclear and and its also was a bit of a challenge to find and download the app for my iphone. it was misspelled so I was pretty discoursaged at first but i did find it.The other thing is that you have to have blue tooth on which really drains your phone's battery life. which is a bit of bummer.HOWEVER--- twice it has found my keys and for that i am grateful and glad I went ahead and got this one.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review, and that is what I am providing. I will never shy away from listing negatives about products just because I received a discount; usually, I choose products that I am interested in trying already, and check out the reviews ahead of time to ensure it's something I will probably like, so many of my reviews are positive as a result of careful selection upfront, not because my positive reviews have been "bought."
