Yummmy Instant Nonfat Dry Milk 26 oz (makes 2 Gallons), Kosher and Halal certified, Product of USA

This is my 2nd purchase of this same milk. The texture is like fine cornstarch & you only have to use half as much as other powdered milk brands. The taste is wonderful. & For those that follow it is Halal/Kosher & Made in USA. I am very happy with it & will definitely purchase it again..

Seems like a pretty good product. Not lumpy, mixes well, and smells clean.Note that I have not tasted it directly. I use powdered milk for baked goods, where it adds a bit of texture and mouthfeel, and I occasionally add a scoop when browning butter to increase the yield of caramelized solids. I can say that this product works well in both of these applications. In a recent batch of cookies it added a huge amount of delicious milky depth. Unfortunately this doesn't help me comment on whether or not it will taste good in a glass or in your coffee. I'll leave that to others.Packaging is mediocre. The zip top on mine was a total fail -- but a rubber band solves that problem easily enough.I am deducting one star because this product is not labeled non-GMO. I'm not honestly sure how much to be concerned about that, but I suppose it's worth noting. I'll finish up my package and then maybe move on to a non-GMO product just in case.All in all, a decent product at a decent price. If you're not concerned about the GMO issue, I think it's a good choice.

Finally, I found a good tasting powdered milk that is fine enough to not become lumpy in the bottom of my mug. I like to make homemade cocoa using milk powder. I've been searching for the right one for a year. I think this may be it!

Take it from a dietitian, "powdered milk" is a healthy, economical, easy to use product in any recepie.

I like that it’s organic. I don’t usually do organic, but lately I’ve been leaning that way!
