Sold by JMretailmart, the packing was horrible. Actually it wasn't even packed. They just slapped the bill on the box and shipped it. It is a miracle that the unit survived. Unfortunately I deleted the pictures. Heartbreaking really.The controller itself is beautiful, compact and lightweight. The keys are same ones from the first keystep controller. They feel good. The Arturia/Daw control are a bit of a hit and trial with Ableton but once you get it right, they work just fine. I had the Arturia Analog lab control freeze on me once but a quick Ableton restart was all it needed. The mapping is seamless and works like a charm the knobs and faders are better than the keylab 61 mk2. The pads suck if you're a drummer. They're fine as transport controls.The Arturia Analog lab control seems to control only Analog lab. It didn't work on the Arturia V collection.

Its a very good device! Awesome build quality and feel. But if you are a keyboard player dont buy this. 25keys is just not enough to do anything! Can’t play a good chord progression nor can you solo on this! Its mind boggling to switch octaves mid solo, although you can with the dedicated buttons. Bare minimum is 49keys , which i understood clearly one i started using it!

Excellent quality and the brand Arturia is really reputed. However it will require more patience and skill to master it

This midi keyboard is excellent value for money. It is portable and well built. The keys are soft and noiseless. Arturia is famous for their quality. What makes it unbeatable is the software package you get with this Arturia Minilab 3. You get Abelton Lite licence, which allows you full features of it and only limits you 8 tracks. So, as a start it is just wonderful. It seamlessly integrate with Abelton. Remember to download the patch after installating the Arturia software. A demo version of Arturia sound lab is provided, but you will get heavy discount on Arturia sound lab pro licence! Another very useful software for beginners that comes with it is the melodics. This is an wonderful software for learners to practice on a 25 keys midi keyboard. It comes with a free version of it that limits you to a daily 5 minutes session, but still it is an excellent software that will make you perfect fingers, timings perfect. The lessons are graded, so new lessons unfold as you progress. My child loves to score 90+ and perfect the lessons.

Great for people starting with music creation or wanting to explore new musical instrumentation. It does come with subscriptions and applications that work well for beginners though experts might need more premium features and software.Would have preferred a drum pad placement in line with competitors who chose a dual vertical stack over a single line of pads. Connectivity is decent and though a little pricier than some of the other devices in the market does everything it promises effortlessly.Note that the Ableton software and its license that comes bundled with the device have system requirements that make it incompatible with older laptops and desktops(i5 5th gen being the bare minimum), so make sure you use it with compatible PCs.
