Small bag - functions well for cycling to work
As others have said, this bag is *small* both in terms of volume held, and fit. The main compartment is narrow (depth and width) and tall, the outer pocket smaller but more flexible. It's great for use if (like me) you want a lightweight and visible bag to carry keys, wallet, phone, and a few small bits and pieces when cycling to work and back. Anything more and it starts to feel over-packed and too tight. I find the back supports are not too hard and do keep the bag away from my back to help keep me cool when cycling, but since they are quite hard I can see how they could dig in depending on body shape/fit, especially when the bag is packed quite full. The chest strap is super tight, even for a slim woman, and I find all the straps a bit of an unnecessary extra anyway for such a small bag. But overall it seems sturdy enough and does what I want it to do.

Really good for the cost.
Ordered just to see, pretty good really, very happy with it. Not the greatest most feature rich pack, but for what I paid, very happy. It's so far lasted 2 weeks of heavy biking in the Alps with no issues at all. A few unintentional dismounts with velocity. All still right and tight.

If you really want 10 litres, you could well be disappointed.
This pack has some nice features including comfy pads that raise the pack off your back so the skin can breath and you're not jabbed by pointy bits of the pack's contents. There is a waist strap that helps keep the pack stable along with a wee tensioning strap that crosses the chest. This is a really comfy back pack with up to 5 maybe 6 litres, carefully loaded. But it doesn't it say 10 litres? Well, yes and it will take 10 litres if you cram stuff in to absolute capacity. Unfortunately, doing so negates the best features of the pack (see pics). The comfy pads are no longer comfy as they are distorted out of shape and no longer lay flat, nor do they flex to the shape of your back. The waist strap, for me, will no longer go round if I am wearing a jacket; it'll just go if I am in a tee-shirt. To be fair, I am fairly big, smaller folks won't have that problem; but still, the comfort is gone and calling this a 10 litre pack is disingenuous when filling it so, removes the pack's benefits.I get the impression a lot of packs have similar issues where their capacity is defined by loading like a duffle bag rather than in a way that preserves their best designed in features. Perhaps it is time for manufacturers to define a design comfort load and a stuffed to capacity load separately. For my part, the pack will serve my purposes simply because I could not find a smaller one that would fit me - 5 litres is more than enough and I get to keep the comfort and stability. For this reason, it gets three stars with one knocked off for stating a capacity that spoils the pack and another off for saying it's waterproof. It'll stand a shower, pretty heavy too, but sustained rain will get through the unprotected zippers. I'll be pre bagging the contents in plastic bags.

Great little rucksack
Really pleased with my purchase. Sleek, lslimline but plenty of useful little pockets. Straps to secure infront ofbody for extra security. As someone else pointed out, I don't think bag would be great if you wanted lot's of bits and bobs in it as it would make rucksack too bulky and not for to body comfortably. But for myself it's perfect.
