After ordering this starter kit for a friend as a Christmas gift, well long story short it didn't turn up after Amazons allotted time so after messaging the company they were very helpful and fast in replying and re-delivered a new starter kit with 1st class post. So 10 of 10 for them, very professional.Second review is for the kit itself...After speaking with the friend this starter kit was a gift for. In her words as a first timer on candle making found the instructions easy to follow and the kit contains everything you need so was very happy with this starter kit and totally recommends to anyone who wants to give candle making a go!!

If this product has taught me anything, it's that I am a rubbish candle maker. It's good to get a taste for it and I made myself some nice candles but as soon as I started trying to mix colours and layer shades, it got messy. Not enough mould sealer and not enough wick. If you buy more of those, you can use up all the wax. The colours as so concentrated though that you'd probably have enough for half a dozen more bags of wax.

Had loads of fun making candles and playing around with this. You have everything you need to get started and you are provided with simple, clear instructions. Lot's of wax is included - the dye pots are quite small, but a tiny drop goes a long long way as you'll find out.

Ok kit but not for the price! Makes about 4 candles and quite bland for a beginner

The moulds are really flimsy and I broke mine within seconds of trying to poke a hole for the wick :( other than that happy with product

When we opened pack some items were missing, I sent a quick letter and within 3 days missing bits were replaced along with a little extra for the inconvenience. They couldn't be fairer than that. Thank you House of crafts. I will seek you out next time to purchase.
