Okay, value for money but not the best quality
Cheaper imitation of the brand leader. These don't have the nice rounded polished edges that my usual stock have and are more brittle meaning when you trim them you do not get a nice clean cut. However, they are less expensive and in business you have to way up all the elements. Yes, I would buy them again, but only as a back up supply for most cakes, would not use on large structural or important wedding cakes,

Aboslutely necessary if you're stacking cakes directly onto each other.
used these to make a two tiered nautical birthday cake for my hubby. They are an absolutely wonderful tool. Highly recommend to stop cake sinking into the lower tier.
