For the price, it’s a good deal. I’m not using it for culinary use, but crafting. It gilds pretty nicely on the material i’m working on.

This gold leaf is tasteless and looks great on cakes. It is very thin, so you have to be careful when working with it because it's easy to mess up, but that is to be expected.

The photo makes it appear much larger than it is. These are small, a bit larger than inch. Outside of being sure if it's gold or not, it appears to be gold. It reacts in the manner you'd expect gold leaf to. Overall, generally worked, but I expected a bit more coverage.
