I purchased this item for installation in my remodeled shower. The order came in with damage to two of the three bottles. I contacted the company and was quickly provided with replacement parts. I have installed and really like these bottles. My suggestion would be to modify the mounts to include a single bracket for multiple bottles instead of individual mounts for each. When mounting the individual brackets you have to keep them level and spaced so the bottles will fit. Overall very happy.

This stayed up for over two years and still going strong. I was concerned with it being in the shower getting wet how it would stick, well it did and no rust. Filling it up isn’t the funnest job but once you do and you feel like you’re in a fancy hotel those few minutes will be worth it, I promise! The labels that come with it make the bottles stand out on the beautiful amber color; bottles are plastic but don’t look cheap. The whole thing reminds me of spa or Aesop.

Really like these dispensers that we attached on our shower wall. Very secure. Purchased on 11/24 and in 6/25 one of corks on the pump split. The manufacturer promptly sent me 2 more pumps overnight. I highly recommend product for it's quality and the customer service.

UPDATE: after posting this review, the seller immediately contacted me and offered a replacement or full refund. Keeping that in mind, I increased my stars from 1 to 4 for good customer service. I do however, want potential buyers to know that they may have the same issue with the dispensers staying adhered to their shower wall.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was excited about installing these in my guest bath. I installed them exactly as instructed, and even left the support stickers on for an entire week to make sure the adhesive cured properly. I then hung the filled dispenser bottles after I was confident that the adhesive was solid. Within one week I went into the bathroom and found all three holders had completely peeled from the wall and fallen, and two of the dispensers pumps were broken before ever even being used. This was installed in a fiberglass tub/shower insert, and I’m thinking maybe expansion and contraction from temperature changes may have made the adhesive fail. Either way, what a disappointment, and now the dispensers aren’t even useable because they broke in the fall. I had a considerable amount of time spent even using a laser level to install, and also adhering the labels precisely and filling the bottles. BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY, and because I waited a while to install them due to a family friend visiting, its beyond the time limit to request a refund. So DISAPPOINTING!

Love this product.They look expensive and like real glass even though they are clear plastic .Very sturdy once attached to wall and very functional.They are so easy to install.After returning from a luxury vacation seeing these in every bathroom and I felt like I was in a high end spa after installing them.Love the look of them

I bought these for my shower and they work but not enough soap is dispensed with each pump. I need three pumps of shampoo and I have short hair. There is a dispenser top sold separately but that's additional money. Axe body wash bottles fit in the holders and dispense more liquid so I'm using that for body wash and one of these for shampoo.

We bought white bamboos set of 3 in June 2024. They were used daily in the shower booth for about a year, until the bamboo caps split and finally broke off. The white body was made with quality plastics much better than other brands we saw. The bamboo caps however stained easily and were hard to keep looking clean. We would love to buy them again if the caps were in metal.
