Q: What age would you say this is for?

We bought it as a Christmas present for our grandson who was 18months old at the time. It was just right for him, because he was big enough to get on and off and his legs were long enough to reach the floor. He is now nearly two and still gets lots of fun from riding it. I would say it will still just be ok up to the age of three, but his four year old brother is too big for it.

Q: Are the wheels rubber or plastic?

Plastic, we have four of these in my nursery and the children love them. /they are ideal to fold and pack away.

Q: Does anyone know the weight limit?

I'm not sure of the weight limit. I bought it for my two year old but my five year old happily plays on it and it takes his weight fine
