I'm not too sure how I feel about this I used it a couple of times I didn't stick with it so I don't know if you're going to get some results but I do know this you're going to feel like you're getting stuck in your stomach by millions of needles that's one thing I do know so you do have that going for you if you like your stomach stuck with a bunch of needles and like the feeling of it and you like to get shocked on your stomach or wherever you put these that's what you're going to get LOL they may work you can definitely feel that it exercises the muscles because it has everything twitching all over the place LOL you put on your legs try it on your thigh your thighs going to spaz out try it out it may work for you I still got mine I just haven't used it LOL it will definitely activate the muscles I just don't know what results you're going to get

Arrived on time.Only one of the three straps worked.I tried to return the item, but the company i bought it from said it wasn't their brand!!!!Now all 3 bands don't work, so I'm out the$ I paid for it.

Started using this product two months ago and for the first time in my life I am beginning to see a smaller more sculpted waistline. I am currently using it once a day for 15 minutes. I use the ab patch on my abs and one of the arm patch on my lower abdomen. I am not dieting but noticed that I lost about 5 lbs and an inch off my waistline since I started using it. Still on my journey to a flat stomach so photos of my journey coming soon.My ratings on this product is 100% genuine. The product has worked without issues, the pricing is acceptable and am seeing results.FYI… to extend the life of the gel patches dampened with water when they start to harden and loose effectiveness. I usually dampen and leave the patches to rehydrate for 24 hours.

I received this in the mail yesterday. I charged the device immediately just to be sure it was 100% ready to use. I applied the device to my abdominal area and turned it on. Mode 1 level 1. Didn’t feel anything. Level 2….3. Started to feel something. 4…5….6…7. I could start to see the contractions. 8…9….10. Device is working but not as uncomfortable and “painful” as videos on YouTube made it out to be. I did 15 mins on 19. The morning I was thinking I’d feel sore. Nothing. I applied the device this morning and did another 15 mins. The stickiness has worn off and I had to hold it there with my hands. Ordered more pads this morning. See what happens in the next 30 days. UPDATE 4-28-23. Ive been using this for a couple weeks now. JUNK. I use mode 2, level 19. Does nothing. Feel nothing. See nothing. The arm bands are great. I have replace the sticky pads 3 times.

First off, remember to adjust your expectations. This device is not going to make you look like the guy in the ad. You need years of training to look like that. I bought this device for two reasons, and it has worked for both.First, I have am recovering from a severe leg injury and needed a way to gentle use the muscles so they do not atrophy. This machine causes the muscles to relax and contract over an over again, meaning it is definitely working them. This has increased my stamina -- how long I can use the leg -- as well.Secondly, I use the arm patches on my shoulder and neck area to relieve migraine headaches. I learned this trick a long time ago with a TENS unit and this actually works better than that.So, to recap -- it won't make you a ripped monster with a 6-pack, but you may find an alternative use for it, especially if you need to perform strengthening after an injury!
