I think the product is great! Most comfortable insert I’ve found on the market. Had a minor problem with insert and called the costumer service rep. He was very helpful and was able to fix my issue with no problems. They were kind and easy to do deal with. To use the full insert you most likely need to wear big boots but since they are so easy to adjust the size they can for any shoe. I don’t think anyone is wearing 3.5 inch lifts with sneakers. Adjust the height of the insert depending on shoe.

The sole is very narrow. Like very narrow. It could be thicker for the men side which creates discomfort on the ankle. But aside from that it’s great.

So these are pretty cool, I added them to boots for a costume that I need to be much taller for and with the thickness of the souls in the boots I was raised a good 5 and a half inches. things to be weary of.1. They are not for a guy with a big foot. I'm a male size 13 and these things fit very loosely in the boot. I used cut up foam mats to fill them in and make sure they don't wiggle around.2. At max height they lift your heel really high. If you're not wearing at least mid length boots your heel will be hanging out at the top.3. These ARE going to feel like your wearing high heels. If you have extra room in the toes of the shoe you may be able mitigate that by again cutting some thin floor-mat foam and placing it towards the front of the shoe. Even with this fix you need a good pair of ankles.4. The top piece does not secure to the lifts very well and at max height it will slide forward in a larger shoe. I used nails to secure it down to the lifts.Taking all these precautions into consideration and applying the necessary fixes I am very pleased how these have turned out and very excited to look the part in my costume.

It's hard to walk on... even just the first layer alone. It seems like it's not wide enough and it's so squishy so the heel of your foot collapses inward so it makes you walk funny. Yea.... not a fan so far.

I bought this to insert into my motorcycle boots (Sidici which are calf length. Note that motorcycle boots have extremely limited mobility of foot inside for safety reasons so not sure what I was thinking, needless to say they don't fit (can't even begin to zip my boot). So, I tried them in my other hightop leather shoes knowing that I wouldn't even dream of trying these out in dress shoes (heel would pop out), again extremely uncomfortable largely due to the fact that these seem to be for much narrower feet. I wear a size 10M and these are smaller (in width) in my wife's shoes who wears a 7M (ladies). I cannot figure out a scenario this would be good for but YMMV. I am copying and pasting this same review for SOLE (another 3x in cost product I tried). Wishful thinking on these products.

These are actually pretty comfortable and easy to use. Perfect fit for my size 9 shoes. I don't use them all the time, only when my wife wears heels. She's shorter than I am by two inches. When she puts on heels, I feel like Dudley Moore to her Susan Anton. With these shoe lifts, I don't feel like I am cheating in my height and they are unnoticeable. And, I can adjust my height with multiple inserts based on the heels my wife wears.

Heal was comfy as the insole with the cushion was nice, but the whole thing was to narrow and to short. Ended up with blisters on my toes as the end of the insert landed directly under my toe pads. I expected them to be extra long and wide and trim them back to fit my feet. Size 12 foot.

These insoles are great. They are very comfortable and give me the hidden height I wanted. I am going to order more for my other shoes and boots.

A little much if you go for the full uptick in sizing, but fairly comfortable and discreet all things considered. A quality product.

Great for my confidence, Im 5ft1 and this product allows me to be seen and heard in the workplace . It's also helped me get some dates ☺️ aswell as bring comfortable and also helping my flat foot issues
