Stable & Secure
Great ladder used now for several years The handrails make all the difference for adding steadiness as I climb up to change bulbs. Heavy enough to feel stable but as a 74 women I can carry it around albeit slowly!

Nice and solid
Nice solid step ladder. Very Easy to put together. Because it is solid and large, it is heavy to move and bulky to store. It's manageable but would not want to carry it up and down stairs regularly. I'm a woman in my 50s and in a few years might be difficult to move around on my own but that's the tradeoff for a solid, safer feeling step ladder.

I love this ladder!
This ladder is so incredibly useful! I can now finally reach the high cabinets that are sooo high I can't even reach them from a tall stepstool. The very top of these cupboards can now display things I like to look at. I even used this to hang Christmas lights where I couldn't reach before I had this ladder. It is heavier than the aluminum ladders on the market, but I can easily "walk" it around on the legs. It folds up and has handle rails that can be attached or removed as you desire. The steps are sturdy and have tread on them. I feel SAFE on this. I never felt safe on the other ladder. It was ridiculously easy to put together...the pieces slip together and the handrails use 4 screws total..and that's it. A senior can do this easily, I'm sure. The bar on the top is great to use for balance if standing on one of the top 2 steps and also great for a hand grip. I highly recommend this ladder if you need something sturdy and that feels si much safer than other ladders.

Feels safe and sturdy
For those of us getting up in years, this is a ladder that feels safer because of the handle bars and wide steps. Our kitchen has some high cabinets, and my husband always had to drag the old tall ladder out of the garage into the house, and I would practically have a heart attack every time he climbed up to get something for me out of the upper cabinets. Now, I’m able to use this ladder myself - it’s just the right height to reach our high items- and I feel secure with the handlebars to hold on to. I recommend this ladder for increased safety- but still proceed slowly and with caution.

Nice, tall step ladder
The ladder issturdy, with nice, wide steps that fit my whole foot. When I first assembled it and tried it for the first time, I nearly pulled it over by using the handles. The handles made my the center of gravity too far back. I removed the handles so my hands grasp the front rail on the steps. This was enough to make it very stable. The height is good, and with the tall front handle railing, I feel pretty secure even on the upper steps.

Love this ladder
At my age I don’t feel safe on a ladder without handles. This is perfect, sturdy and plenty tall enough. I’d been wanting it for more than a year and finally treated myself. Easily assembled even though I have some arthritis. It’s a bit heavy but that’s to be expected. The only thing I would change is if the handles folded for storage and then lock in place when needed.

Good Ladder
I ordered this ladder based on good reviews. I'm very happy with the purchase. Very easy to assemble and I feel safe and secure on this ladder. The handrails are a plus, to maintain your balance. Highly recommend.

It broke a bolt off the second time it was used.
It’s quite heavy but solid. My husband put a new bolt in the handle and for now it’s okay.
