Works great for our bearded dragon. Easy to clean, the roughness helps rub their belly and help get the old shedding skin off, but not too rough, on their feet.

Works well. I cut mine in half so there was always a mat for half the aquarium if I was cleaning the other half.

I love these for my bearded dragon tank so easy to clean and I ended up with two per cage so when I clean the cages I have an extra one to use until I clean the first one which I clean in my washing machine.

Originally purchased this to replace hard to clean sand and other substrate. While it's nice to be able to wipe the surface down, it's thinner than I expected (although upon further review of the photos they are not misleading) and it does not sit flat on the glass. I had to strategically place my lizard decor to weigh down the corners and double stick some of the places where I didn't have anything to do so. This in turn will make it harder to remove to do a full clean out. It also has a very rough surface, which is great for lizards, but it does make it hard to wipe up their poop and it gets a nice white dust from the calcium that remains even after surface cleaning. Lizards are happy, and I'm happier with this than the substrate. It's a bit of a pain, but easier.

I like this reptile mat/bedding a lot. I’ve bought other kinds but really didn’t like them as the crickets and CUBIAS always ended up underneath the mat. This mat is great! It grips to the bottom of enclosure without adhesive and so far have had no live food crawl underneath. Will be buying this from now on
