Unfortunately this product didn't work for me but great customers service to assist.Initially this product worked and easy to install but would freeze the third screen after an hour each day. Possibly faulty item as have bought another more expensive one and it works fine.

I can echo some of the reviews about this converter failing to maintain the correct resolution. It also fails to work at all when the computer/laptop comes out of sleep mode. Even adjusting the power/sleep settings in control panel did nothing (I'm running Win11). I'm IT savvy and easily set it up and installed the required driver but it just kept switching off and not displaying my second monitor. Very frustrating when trying to do work so I would not recommend this product. I returned it and received a refund actually very quickly from Amazon. It's another Chinese product, as so many are, so 'buyer beware'.

I tried a few other brands they didn't work. The only thing that needs to lower resolution on one monitor as only one monitor can run on 4k. The big positive point is that computer don't need to have a Thunderbolt driver. Works with Windows 11 but needs a powerful machine I hook up to all-in-one computer to have two additional screens as a result the performance drop down significantly

Well it starts well with plug-and-play install, and I didn't get some of the problems reported here associated with sleep mode, *but* I did get similar issues after power off/on. This necessitated some delving to restart the relevant program & driver software, so really a bit too fickle for me.The biggy for me though was CPU demand, so much so that PC fan noise was noticeable. So - I have now removed it from my desktop setup, and will keep the thing as a sort of undesirable backup solution and maybe for future use.In short: the fickle-ness could have been sorted with a properly-skilled software development team and 'angry-monkey' product testing (that's the type that looks for design and build faults). The CPU hogging is probably unavoidable given the USB-based design concept.

This converter will keep losing the sgnal, changing resolution, I would have it on extender then it would mirror my monitors, it is driving me crazy. now I am looking to buy something else. Do not buy this product, I was promised a refund but never got one so do not deal with this company if you do not want to lose money. Not only the product is rubbish but the company is dishonest too

Product worked great for the first day and then when I came to use it the second day the problems started. When coming out of sleep mode it wouldn't recognise the display without reconnecting everything multiple times. This now happens every single day and some days it takes 30 mins to get it working. Not happy considering it wasn't even cheap

Non so, a me con 2 monitor dei quali uno collegato direttamente con HDMI e l'altro con adattatore HDMI - VGA, si scollega ogni 3 x 2 da quello VGA. Non so se gli da fastidio l'adattatore ma comunque sono perplesso.

Misteriosamente dejo de funcionar a los 5 minutos su salida HMDI 2 además esta la resolución era bajísima
