Im not sure if it's placebo but I do feel a lot more energy on my day to day. I have noticed that it does have an effect on my stomach. The capsules have a slight taste going down, it's not the best lol but it goes away fast.

If you've been thinking about getting and trying sea moss stop thinking and just do it it is the absolute best thing that I ever did first day that I took it my energy levels skyrocketed and for men let me tell you something it will it is a absolute game changer when it comes to the bedroom like I know you see a lot of tick tock videos talking about this BS and how it's going to grow it and all that kind of crap it's not going to do all that but it's going to increase your testosterone and it's going to crease the blood flow to the extent where it will grow to some extent but not you know what I mean like in a realistic fashion. Just received not sure how or if it will work. Came on time. But I know from my experience with seamoss it works. Will update as I progress..2 was in, taking 1 a day most days. Not consistently. I will say I am expelling mucus daily, which was a big issue for me in the mornings. I can also say, on the days I don't take it, I feel the lack of energy. Big time. On the days I take it, the lack of energy is almost non-existent. Will continue to update...
