Didn't realise how big it was far too big to fit in my motorhome storage cupboard need a smaller one tried to return it says returns accepted till 19th April but when I opened return it just says this item is ineligible for returns, disappointed as I was just gonna order a smaller one 🤔

The media could not be loaded. This is a powerful generator which will power uk devices or European, it has plugs points for both. There is also usb and dc power points. The unit is quite heavy but has a firm handle at the top for carrying and an extendable handle which will pull the generator via its wheels. Before using you will need to attach a grounding cable, this is not supplied.To fill with oil you need to remove the side panel to access the oil cap. It is easy to fill with the funnel supplied. The display in the unit will show you when you need to add oil, there is a dip stick in the oil cap aswell. My partner used a 4 stroke oil for mowers. Filling with petrol is easier, it uses unleaded, the petrol cap is more accessible on the top of the unit.Starting the generator was easy, although my partner felt the instructions in the book included weren’t clear. You turn the large dial to the start position and pull the starter lead. There is some noise from the generator but the power level can be altered with changes the noise level and it will vary depending on the power it is running.A great generator to use where no power is available and easily portable

This is a strong heavy duty generator that can undoubtedly withstand bumps and knocks. Very durable casing. At around 23kg it is on the heavy side but for a robust generator that’s got to be accepted. A pull out handle also means it can be pulled into position on a rear set of wheels. It doesn’t arrive with any oil in, which is understandable for transporting, but I couldn’t see anywhere in the instruction booklet that advised on what grade of oil was required for the crank case. This was easy enough to find out with an internet search. Also there’s no earth connections or cable apart from the earthing connection on the generator. The unit itself comes equipped with almost everything you need to get started the two main ac outlets are the European 2 pin socket and uk 3 pin socket. One plug for each is provided but you will need cable and should seek advice if not sure what you’re doing. Also comes with two USB 5v outlets and 12v cigarette lighter connection. This would be very helpful if during a camping trip someone runs their car battery flat! Starting the unit can take some getting used to if not used a pull start before. After turning the 3 position switch to the start position, you need to slowly pull on the cord slightly until you reach a biting point to avoid the cord kicking back and potentially causing strain on the arm/ hand. Once the generator starts the switch needs to be moved to the run position. After a minute or so of running you can plug in whatever you want to run. Shutting down is simply done by moving the rotary switch back to the stop position.A good simple to start generator that gives ample power(3000watts) for all applications.
