Domke700-51D F-5XA Small Shoulder Bag,Olive

I am an amateur photographer. I now own 6 bags, why you might ask? They are used for different camera outfits and situations eg storing my kit, travelling up hills, on the streets, at events etc. I already own a Domke F2 bag and as a result was attracted to the brand because of the quality and design of the products. I use Nikon and Leica film cameras and was looking for a bag specifically to carry my Leica M6 (small heavy camera) with a short 35mm lens attached and room for a 90mm lens plus some spare film and batteries etc.This bag holds all of my Leica outfit, the main zipped pocket with the single divider holds the body, end up, with either lens attached and has room for the other lens as well. I can get two 35mm film canisters in one of the small front pockets and the other holds a cleaning cloth, batteries and if required a filter. My notebook resides in the main pocket beside my camera.I have no qualms about the quality of the canvas or the hardware or straps. My rating is based on two perceived shortcomings: The flap doesnt cover the zipped compartment at either end, rain might get in and the two small front pockets are quite shallow and are not the same depth as the bag.

I own a Fuji x-t1 and a few lenses and this bag is perfect. I can easily fit the camera with the 35mm 1.4 attached (hood removed) and something pretty big like the 10-24mm and have enough room to put my wallet on top of the camera. Perfect for a day oit.The Velcro is so strong I never worry about someone getting in it. The bag is supremely durable as well so rain isn't an issue. I wouldn't hesitate in buying it again.

I needed a smaller camera bag having switched to a Micro 4/3 system. The Domke is of very high quality construction but light and easy to carry. The bag is made of tough fabric with a strong zip. There is one velcro divider provided that can be adjusted to keep a camera and lens separated. I can carry my camera with 20mm lens fitted plus up to two zoom lenses (M43 lenses are very small compared to SLR lenses). My only complaint about the bag is that the velcro on the flap is poorly positioned so that it does not fit well to close. This is strange given the good quality of the bag overall.

Good quality, I would like a few extra pockets.

Great quality bag and just the right size and discreetness for street photography as does not look like a camera bag.

Perfect for my Sony a7ii w/lens on.
