Works, but noisy.
I got this to use with an HME device for a travel CPAP machine. Unlike the ResMed elbow where the vents are sloped down away from the mask, the vents on this elbow are pointed directly outwards. It is MUCH louder, albeit not enough to wake me up, but a lot of the benefit I might get from the HME is reduced due to the vent design. Better than using the original equipment elbow and hose, but the vents are not great.
