Rough unpolished edge. It hurt my skin.
The round edge that should be in contact with the skin is unpolished and very rough. We tried using it to listen to fetal heartbeat but it was way too uncomfortable for the sensitive skin on my bump. Don’t buy it!

This pinnard is substandard, as the wooden surface and edge of trumpet are far too rough to place on a pregnant abdomenUnfortunately as they were gifts, I have missed the returns date, which I would have done had I realised in timeI tried to give a nil star rating, but it won’t accept, therefore I’ve given 1 star rating
