I love this product works well. I recommend it for anybody having any problems with digestive system. Easy to carry, if you go on trips to just take a couple gummies with you, you don't have to worry about the powder form. Also they taste good.

Love the convenience and the taste, but they don’t seem to work as well as the powder. I mostly use them as back up or when traveling.

I gave this a try, but I know that it doesn’t work as well as the Metamucil powder so I don’t know that I could recommend it. However they taste great and they’re nice and chewy. I might consider buying them as candy so that’s kind of a problem if kids got a hold of it.
