Tight around crotch, uncomfortable,
There's an unfortunate trend in compression tights of simply making them like regular leggings, only tight *everywhere*, including the crotch. Rather than specific compression panelling on key muscle groups and more relaxed fit elsewhere such as knees and crotch for comfort and mobility. And that's the issue with these. Despite sizing guidelines provided indicating a "L" (Large) as the appropriate size (and me being a medium in almost everything else), the "L" was the correct leg length, but too loose on muscle groups for proper compression whilst simultaneously too tight around crotch for comfort. They're just "shrunk tights", not well thought out compression garments.Worth point out also that the pattern shown is not as seen on the garments. Perhaps the pattern is that visible in high contrast lighting at night, but out of the package they do not look as pictured, the chevron and knee/shin detailing (116004 variety) is much less contrasting to the black than pictured, barely visible. Not able to recommend.

They don't feel excessively tight (no pun intended), nor do they restrict range of motion
Purchased to be worn both during and after exercise and running, I find the compression tights incredibly comfortable, as they don't feel excessively tight (no pun intended) nor do they restrict range of motion. Most importantly, very little re-adjustment is required when worn for extended periods, as the material of the leggings doesn't excessively gather or ride up from the ankles (whether that's due to the size of my calves, I can't be sure).Having read the reviews of others and consulted the sizing guide, I ordered a pair in XXL, since my thighs and calves are fairly well developed from regular use of the StairMaster, running and lower-body resistance training. Depending upon the fit and amount of leg room afforded (regularly an issue), I normally take a 34-36" inch waist in trousers, jeans and shorts.Although they're certainly not a cold-weather compression legging, worn while running in temperatures of between 5-10C or when exercising in the gym, they do keep my muscles comfortably warm, continuing to provide support, in addition to allowing perspiration/heat to evaporate easily.Furthermore, when washed on a 30C cycle and allowed to dry naturally, they also retain their shape and don't shrink. As such, for the price and their intended use, I'm incredibly happy.

Comfortable
I use these under my riding trousers in the colder weather. Living in the UK, unfortunately mountain biking gets a bit chilly in the winter months so I use these to help stay a little warmer. They seem to do the trick. They are comfortable and warm. I don’t feel as if the restrict me at all which is great. Would recommend
