Better than the leather band and will last longer. It has more give if you have a fit that is almost perfect with the stock band. Fits the dark 90s earcup and looks really good! 👍🏼

I love these head straps, they comfortable and look awesome. I love them so much I bought one set for each one of my units, a total of 3 sets. I would definitely recommend to anyone on the fence.

Let’s break it down.The Good Stuff:•Wider Design: This thing’s got balance figured out. The extra surface area spreads out the weight perfectly, so it’s no longer digging into my skull during long sessions. Comfort is "Mwah!"•Looks Great: The 90’s Black design actually fits right in with my setup... clean, subtle, and somehow nostalgic without being loud. It’s rare to find something that doesn’t look out of place, but this nailed it.The “Meh” Zone:•Installation: Okay, so it’s “easy” in the sense that, yes, you’ll eventually get it on. But the first time? It’s stiff and a bit of a struggle. On the plus side, that tight fit makes it feel ridiculously sturdy once it’s on. So, while I didn’t love the process, I can’t complain about the end result.•Adjustments: For me? Works like a dream. For my friends who’ve tried it? Not so much. It’s like the Goldilocks of headbands—perfect for some heads, but too loose or tight for others. If you’re not in the sweet spot, it’s going to take some fiddling, and even then, it might not be perfect.The Bottom Line:If you’re like me and it fits you right, this is a great upgrade. It’s sturdy, stylish, and spreads out the weight like a champ. But if you’re buying it for shared use or have a head shape that likes to cause problems, just know the adjustments might let you down. The original headband on the Maxwells didn't provide enough adjustment for my head. It was either too tight or too loose. The WC headband gave me the extra adjustment I needed. I really wish the original headband had extra notches like the WC one.I don't notice the weight of the new headband like other reviews pointed out.After about 3 hrs of use, I noticed some discomfort at the top of my head; where the headband touches my head. I shave my head, so I lack the extra cushion up there. So keep that in mind if you also no or very little hair.I still recommend the headband.

I bought this since I wanted it to match with the earpads and I will say it's not really anything special. They're a little hard to take on and off, but once you figure it out, it's easy every time after. I like that there is one more hole for adjustability, but it can't change the trash adjustment method on the headphones sadly.Overall, I would say to save your money and buy black earpads so you aren't tempted to buy one of these to match unless you like wasting money like me.

it's an ok headset, the reviews on it made it seem far better then what it actually is, I wish the thing bad better conection stuff like being able to connect to two or 3 devices at once without changing wires or anything, the sound quality is subpar, it sounds like my old headset which is a 7 years old, I don't really see what people are talking about with the headset being super amazing really, it's just solid, decent

Very comfortable. Having extra options to position the head strap compared to the original leather one the headset ships with allowed me to alleviate a lot of discomfort I was feeling. I also like the look which matches this companies cooling earcups.

These headphones are a lil on the heavy side (500 grams) and this strap helps me get more adjustments to keep it on my head tighter. Some say the headset is too heavy and uncomfortable lol...do some neck exercises so your neck is thicker than a pencil and you'll be fine. This strap gives the added adjustments that should have been there in the first place. Worth the few extra bucks to get this strap no doubt!
