Soft but flies great...
Great for a small space..flies slow or fast and has sharp turnes. I can only give it 4 stars because the foam is really fragile...

Great little Rc plane, good luck finding lipos
Such a neat little airplane with awesome details. I am a biplane fanatic, and I am particularly fond of the Waco aircraft. The downside, e-flight and spectrum have obviously collaborated to make it necessary to buy spektrum batteries as I have not found any batteries in the size class from other manufacturers. Of course Spektrum batteries are twice the price as everybody else’s. If you want to fly with a 3S battery, spectrum is the only 3S in the 300mAh size I have found. I don’t know why Eflite insist on model design specifically around certain manufacturer products, but if they want to get my money, they need to broaden their envelope

No 2 cell for this Beauty
So I have bought 3 Pitts S1S UMX Bi planes 2 are still tearing up the skies, I decided to take a chance with the Waco. A pleasant surprise this is bigger than the Pitts, performance is comparable to the Pitts. I read some where this flies on a 2 cell,I could barely keep it in the air especially flying into the wind. It's obvious the 3 cell is the best way to fly it,using a couple 450 MAH 3s 45 & 75 C's they allow this thing all the power needed for a great 5-6 minute flight. Not as snappy as the Pitts but I'm not used to the larger size yet, I am sure after a few more flights this thing will knife edge & anything you may have in mind to do.
