Thicker than expected but that only means I need to use less of it and it will last longer. Great for making a melon boba tea.

I mix it with my tea and jello and I'm happy with my purchase. If you buy this thinking it's a replacement for real Midori then it's going to require some tweaking because it isn't as it currently is. I tried with 1/4 a cup of water and it just doesn't taste like midori. Each pump is 40 cals so maybe doing more would be better. But my goal was a low cal replacement for Midori.

Way back a certain "mermaid" coffee vendor had a "green tea latte" or blended "puccino" beverage. When it originally came out they had a "melon" flavored version or a raspberry one as the two options. One day the drink was discontinued and a few years later they announced it was back! The next chance I had I ordered one and was quickly disappointed because the drink wasn't the same any more. Instead of melon flavor it was now Vanilla or Raspberry only. Since then I have tried to recreate this many different ways.This syrup is the closest to the original melon flavor of that drink since it is a honeydew which is what most people remember the flavor being. Not many people remember this flavor ever existing since it sounds like raspberry was more popular. If the melon flavor was just a tiny bit stronger it would be perfect but if you are ok making it a little sweeter than an extra pump of this does the trick.

Excellent in summertime tea

While this is really good, the flavor is closer to a mild green apple than it is honeydew.
