Let me start by saying if you have a small dog, give this brace a chance. Many other options, even “extra small”, were not small enough for my boy. It is made of good quality material, the body strap was thinner (many others were to bulky) and seemed comfortable enough. This brace did not work for my boy as he was just declining with old age and the leg he was compensating on got worse too. If he was younger and his arthritis was less severe, I think it would have been great for him.

First of all the price, $50. It sells on their web site for about €30, which is about $32. Thats a huge mark up for something so small and light. I’m not sure this is going to work out. Its not easy to put on the dog without pulling her leg through and I’m not sure thats helpful for the dog. Once its on, it seems like it will be pretty secure but my dog thinks she’s paralyzed and wont put her foot down or move!

It was a waste of money .
