Insanely expensive but still the absolute best for its HP print quality
This bundle of 4 authentic HP print cartridges is 5 times more expensive than so many compatible generic brand names. It’s very tempting to get a generic brand when your printer needs replacement. However, I learned through personal experience that it’s absolutely worth paying $100+ for authentic HP cartridges than buying something that costs around $20+/- HP cartridges are by far of supreme quality, lasts 3 to 4 times more and also your printer head is perfectly protected compared to any generic brand. In March 2020 I got one generic brand after reading some positive reviews just to save some pretty $$$ and to see if it worked for me. In the beginning, the black printouts looked ok but within a month or two it began to show poor results. The color printouts were awful right from the beginning. Within 6 months the quality went from bad to worse, and I am not a heavy user of my HP 8600 Premium. I thought my printer was ruined and will have to get a new one. That’s when I decided to pay much more and go back to HP brand for its superb print quality and peace of mind for having your printer in better hands. It’s so true when they say that.. you get what you pay for. To those who still want to go for saving money over getting a quality product, good luck! Just remember this. Don’t fret if your printer gets damaged and it costs you much more then to either repair or replace it with a new one.

Replacement HP ink
When ordered it showed 4 individual boxes. Product arrived in 1 pack box. Original HP ink all cartridges worked fine. Printer recognized as orginal ink cartridges. Others have stated it messed up printer & not orginal ink. I didn't have that issue. Great product.

Officejet 8600 Ink Cartridges
Received promptly were as described except the color ink cartridges were in their separate boxes and not packed inside of one box together. The black ink came in its own box. Have not used them yet as I ordered for when I do run out of ink. Price is reasonable for brand name ink. Would order again.

Shipment not as advertised
To note, this is advertised as a single box of four inks. Whilst it may not matter in the grand scheme of things, I was not expecting to get four boxes of single package inks that were in a bag, that was in a bag...

Good ink
HP ink is the ONLY ink to use in their printers. I just tried an off brand and it DID NOT work. The ink would not print completely

A Dilemma For Sure
It's the old "give them the razor, screw them on the blades" business model. My HP Office Pro 8600 is over twelve years old and works perfectly. When one color runs out the printer shuts down until you replace it. And, i'm not taking about black which is the one I use 90% of the time. It's the other three I seldom use.The printer can sense an off brand cartridge and won't print. Since the printer works flawlessly, I'm not about to kick it to the curb and buy an new one, which would be cheaper than replacing the original equipment HP cartridges. So, begrudging I keep buying HP's highly overpriced replacement cartridges. Oh, and might I add, if one color is depleted you can't just replace that one and be on your way. No, it's all of them. Shame on you HP.

OEM…….you have to use these….
Sure, you can buy generic ink, and it will eventually kill your printer………period.HP makes their money on ink, not their $50 - $100 printers. That’s the nature of the business these days.If you print less than 50 pages a month, maybe you can get away with the cheapo ink.Wife, daughter and I print a couple hundred/month……..so it’s HP OEM ink all they way, even though it aint cheap!
