Great for fitting or refitting carpets. Easy to use and very functional. Works well for fitting and recutting carpet and edges. I am a complete amateur and found it easy to use giving a professional finish.

Easy to use for a novice and saves money if laying lots of carpets in multiple rooms yourself.

Pretty good - the cutter however is only good for doing big cuts across the carpet prior to fitting. Buy a really good Stanley knife with new blades for when it comes to trimming.

Great for repairs
Sadly my dogs (and vacuum cleaner) like to lift the carpet off the smooth edging. This proved perfectly adequate for domestic use to re-stretch the carpets back into the the grips and the bolster aids re-securing. Not sure that it's Commercial grade but perfectly adequate for domestic use.
