Very Thin, Less Sweet, Still Good
This balsamic is very thin, not syrupy at all, so i was worried it would be poor, it is not. It has good smooth flavor with no off notes but is definitely on the less sweet side. May be great for salad dressings, but not great for dipping or drizzling unless you like it very vinegary.

Superior Basamic
This is a a superior kosher balsamic that is far better than what’s available in local markets for just a bit more in cost. I highly recommend it to everyone - kosher and non-kosher consumers.
