Great bag looks exactly as sold. Perfect way to carry laptop and other items. I use it on a daily basis for work and still find it very comfortable on my bag. Only issues with it is that the straps on one side are shorter than the other. Not a major issue for me as I don't regularly need it at the longest length but can be annoying on occasion. Could also do with some more protection for the laptop on the back as the padded area is only on the front section internal to the bag otself and not where it rests on your back

Lovely bag, lots of room, there's pockets inside. My daughter can put all the notebooks, big pencil case, lunch box, drink and she loves it but the front pocket magnet bottom is weak and open easily. She has dropped money, keys etc...from the front pocket. You need to keep important things inside the bag pockets.

The bag was delivered on time and it was in great condition. The bag is very strong and very comfortable to wear. I have been complimented several times due to this bag. One of my best purchases! However, I would criticise the front leather belt that helps to clip the front pocket. It is starting to seperate into two seperate pieces of leather after 1 week of wear.
