The media could not be loaded. I've been using the Higgsinno Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner for a few months now, and I have mostly all positive feelings. I have owned 3 different robotic cleaners, and this one has its place for sure. Here's a breakdown of the pros and cons:Pros:Powerful Cleaning: This vacuum definitely has the muscle to tackle debris. It's picked up everything from leaves and hair to algae and sand. You can see by my photos that the unit has very strong suction as this is when I was trying to get my pool clean after the winter and the pool wasn't covered.Long Runtime: The battery lasts for several cleaning cycles on my mid-sized pool, just as advertised. No more wrestling with hoses or worrying about tangled cords.App Control : One of the coolest features as it actually works while in the pool underneath the water unlike most of my other robotic wire free models. It does this by allowing the tether line to connect tot he Bluetooth module that floats above the water line. Bluetooth normally will not work under water. You can actually control it manually if you would like to a certain spot to clean which is impossible with all others I have tried.Easy Maintenance: The reusable filters are a plus, and emptying the debris container is simple.Climbing: Does a great job climbing up my steep slope for 9 foot deep end.Cons:Only issue I had was the first one had an issue with a switch that evidently sensing water breakthrough and would turn the unit off as soon as it hit the water, but Higgsinno customer care responded to me and sent me a new one out.Does sometimes get stuck on bottom drain if crossing just right, however that may be because mine sticks up a little high and many of my other cleaners can get stuck there as well at times.Overall:If you're looking for a powerful cordless pool cleaner that can handle a variety of debris, at a super price the Higgsinno is a good option. I definitely would recommend it especially at the price it sells for.

Moves but isn’t sucking. Cleaned and tried multiple times. Less than a year old and only used it a few times last year.

The media could not be loaded. Started off good but It stopped charging a few months ago. Sent notice to seller and it took a while for them to answer. I sent the information requested and have not heard from them again.After contacting customer service they were very helpful in sending part needed. Vacuum is cleaning perfectly again.

The media could not be loaded. Cleans Great. Can detect dirty areas and focus on that area. The floater is great to have. Though I can't tell the color in sunlight. It has a large capacity. I'm not use to all the components to clean out but I've gotten use to it and it's not so bad. I don't like that it can only be controlled by the app. And once I step away from the pool or go in the house the connection doesn't reach. No brush on the bottom of it either. I like that you can control it with the remote in the app so it can go where you tell it. It has long run times as well. I do like the ability to increase the suction power.The first one gave out after a few months but after contacting customer service they replaced it.

If you are looking for a pool vacuum that is easy to use and evenly vacuums your pool, it is not it. I have to turn it on and off multiple times just to get it running. The app that you are supposed to use does not keep the device connected and if it's not connected it won't help get the device to start. And when I do get it to run it does the shallow end for a couple of seconds, moves into the deep end, and stays there. I always have to go back with my handheld vacuum and get the debris left behind. For the price, I thought it would at least do a moderate job of cleaning the pool. I wish I had invested a little more on a better named brand. For the wasted time and hassle, it was not worth saving a couple hundred. I guess you get what you pay for.

It's time to clean the swimming pool and prepare for a wonderful summer. I didn't want any hassle this year, so I bought this pool automatic cleaning robot. Only then did I realize how simple the cleaning job could be. This cleaning robot is so powerful! Just toss it into the pool, and it slowly cleans the bottom all by itself. My pool isn't large; it's completely clean in just two or three hours, and the robot can clean it twice on one charge without any issue. I was worried about the raised water outlet on the bottom of my pool being an obstacle for the robot, but it turns out I was worrying for nothing. The robot can easily pass over the protrusion and complete a thorough cleaning. The robot's appearance is also very futuristic; it looks like an amazing high-tech product from the outside. Moreover, it can be operated through a smartphone app, which is very convenient. Its buoy design is also quite distinctive; by observing the color of the buoy indicator light, you can understand the robot's working status. I really like this robot.

This pool cleaner works very well most of the time. It cleans automatically and overall is a very good product. The design of the charging connection is not reliable long term. The charger does not charge the unit after some time of use (one month in my case). Even though the write says the supplier is a professional pool cleaner company with unparalleled customer support you cannot contact them. The do not have a website you can go to and they do not supply any means of contacting them. I tried to purchase a new charging cord but even the Amazon techs could not contact the supplier. The solution is to replace the whole unit which Amazon is very good about. The problem is the charger will fail again because of the design. Even though the unit works very well when you can charge the battery I would not recommend purchasing this unit because of the lack of customer service from the supplier.
