Nice Replacement Mask fitting
I've been using the replacement headgear assembly for my Airfit F30 sleep apnea mask, and it's been reliable. While it's not revolutionary, it does the job effectively, keeping my mask secure throughout the night. The assembly process was straightforward, and it fits comfortably without causing any discomfort. While it's just a small component of the overall sleep apnea device, my last one broke and I got this to replace it. Needless to say it was a seamless plug and play.

Opened package
I was SO excited for this mask. I love my resmed f40 but missed the memory foam of my f20. This seemed perfect. The head gear was soft, one magnet wouldn't stay attached. Worse of all the bag came opened! I emailed the company like the bag says. The mask was in a separate bag and looked new so I thought I'd try it. I'm sure I've done worse things in my life. It wouldn't seal AT ALL. I had the straps so tight I thought my eyes would pop out of my head and still no seal. I'm sad and disappointed. Could someone PLEASE invent one like this that works! Oh and the mask had a faint smell of something. Rotten milk maybe? Idk. Figured that out while doing the mask test.

Does the job
As good as any others I’ve tried, still room for improvement

Couldn't get a good seal
I like the smaller form factor of the F30 mask, but the seal would break anytime I shifted in bed. I'm not sure if it is this particular headgear or the memory foam lining that is actually causing the problem. All I know is that this configuration isn't working well for me. (I'm planning to try one without memory foam to see if that helps.)

Foam failure
Junk after about 2 weeks of use. Same failure with 2 different mask. Buyer beware.

Inexpensive option compared to the expensive original Airfit mask
This generic Chinese unit worked very well for me, even though it still suffers from the same widely reported issues as the F30: potential leaking (more than the F20) and facial pressure on the area under the nose and lower lip; I experienced some of that, but I didn't awaken with strap marks across my upper facial area like with the F20. I found that it is much better for side sleeping than the F20, too.The only real difference between the original and this one is nasal breathing: the original has two small holes in that section of the mask while this one has the silicone formed around the nostrils that keeps the nasal area completely open.If you are one of those who can benefit from this unit, this is a very good option at less than half the price of the Airfit original that is available from several CPAP stores and directly from the manufacturer for around $150.My rating system:5 Stars = Knocks it out of the park. A great value!4 Stars = Excellent product. A solid buy.3 Stars = It provides some value, but perhaps not as advertised.2 Stars = A little dubious, so do your research. Read the critical reviews!1 Star = Avoid this product and look elsewhere.
