The information says the GRID VOLTAGE IS 3000V.. RATED VOLTAGE: 3V and needs 2 AA batteries, not included.I opened the package, inserted my AA batteries and went on the "hunt" for the flies... I ZAPPED / KILLED 6 IN 4 MINUTES!!!! i DID NEED TO ZAP AGAIN BEFOR THEY CAME BACK TO LIFE.... FRIED!!! IT'S REALLY QUITE FUN TO ZAP THESE BAST#%Ds!VERY EFFECTIVE AND THE PRICE IS RIGHT.....The other raquets I purchased prior just didn't have the ZAP power. Frustrating to zap, only to have the bugger fly away seconds later.I recommend you will like this effective zapper. I woud purchase again, when I need another "unit".

This is the second one I have purchased. I leave it on at night and it zaps any bugs/flies/mosquitoes I can't zap myself. It last a long time, doesn't make any noise while charging and it comes with a little stand holder so you can use it when you're hanging out outside. Get it, you won't regret it.

However, a downside is the requirement of AA batteries, which means keeping spare batteries on hand for uninterrupted use.Additionally, you must never forget to keep the red button on the side pressed to engage the shocking function of the racket. This took a little getting used to, as my other versions were set to "on" via a selection switch on the side. I paid much more for those versions and needed to charge them at the worst times when I occasionally forgot to place them back in their charging dock from the previous day. With these Electric Fly Swatters, I do not have to worry about that – I always have spare batteries. While I love how it keeps zapping, the units conserve battery life, providing extended usage time for prolonged bug-zapping sessions. I give this product five stars and highly recommend it to anyone who wants some bug help during the day when outside.

This product is perfect for catching those pesky little gnats. It's also quite fun to use. Just like a tennis racket, it makes a satisfying "sizzling" sound to let you know you've hit your target. Highly recommended.

Simple to use and durable.

Big fly in my house today, I whacked it while it buzzed around and huge spark and loud crack sound. I'm thinking it should be dead on the floor, nope still buzzing around. It finally headed out the open door. Maybe my first impression was just a more robust fly? I'll keep it but not impressed as the spark was like when a match it first lit big and it was pretty loud so I'm surprised the fly kept going.

The one I originally bought did not work for long. The company apologized for the defective fly swatter, refunded my money, AND replaced it with an upgraded version that is rechargeable and doesn't take batteries. This is true customer service! They stand behind their product! I would buy from them again.
