Drawing from a variety of both traditional and modern medical and sports modalities, the included ingredients appear to be thoughtfully and synergistically formulated to provide those benefits asserted by the seller.Included in the Alpha Brain supplement’s “Focus Blend” are a number of nootropics (associated with brain health), including Alpha GPC, a neurotransmitter rapidly absorbed that easily crosses the blood-brain barrier, often used for cognitive enhancement and even for athletic performance. Also, Bacopa, another nootropic, often used in Ayurvedic medicine to support brain health and thought to enhance memory. L-Huperzine A, derived naturally from Toothed Club Moss, is another constituent thought to have nootropic effects, is used in traditional Chinese medicine.The Flow Blend, also included in the Alpha Brain Supplement, includes L- Tyrosine and L-Theanine, both amino acids, and as pair may help improve attention, alertness, and focus, as well as alleviating anxiety and promoting sleep.The New Mood Supplement is also thoughtfully designed and formulated to promote the benefits claimed by the seller. Along with a number of vitamins, it is comprised of Onnit’s “Tranquility Blend” that may very well provide just that, tranquility. It includes Valerian Root, Chamomile, Lemon Balm and Jujube, that together provide antioxidants, and are thought to reduce anxiety, boost immunity, and improve brain function.As I said at the beginning, not only am I impressed with how insightful the blends are formulated in order to promote Onnits stated benefits, but also by the diversity of disciplines and age-old knowledge that the included constituents are drawn from. I am a true believer and adherent of the more traditional methods of maintaining health and wellness.The only comment I’ll make is regarding the use of maltodextrin as, presumably, a filler in the capsules; why? Maltodextrin is a highly processed starch with a high glycemic index. In my opinion, it only serves to denigrate what is otherwise a purely healthful approach to an interesting supplement.The suggested dosage of each supplement is two capsules per day. It is further suggested that the Alpha Brain one be taken with a light meal and the New Mood capsules be taken “in the evening prior to sleep.” A 15-day supply of each is provided.

Been using alpha brian for an about two months and definitely feel the difference . Nootropics really work. I have a little more pep throughout the day . Definitely less foggy. New mood is amazing also. I am sleeping better and my dreams are way more vivid and I can remember them. My sleep quality has definitely improved . Highly recommend, never felt jitters or any weird side affects besides the positive ones. Worth the money.

I’m telling you, Rogan doesn’t lie this stuff is on point whether you need to keep the sharpness and memory retention at work Or you just need to be in a better mood when you get home these two products combined will change your life

I took these supplements for about a month. I began to notice that about an hour after taking the Alpha Brain capsules my tongue would feel numb on the sides of it and it actually effected my ability to pronounce words for about an hour! The Mood and Relaxation supplements did not improve my sleep quality or stress responses even in conjunction to exercise, eating a whole food diet and other lifestyle changes. I don’t recommend spending the money on these supplements. Cortisol Manager is a way better alternative supplement to help with sleep management/mood/stress response and is half the price.
